Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality Division

Hamilton Mayday is growing.
We’re looking for recruitment consultants to join our temp hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector.
This is an opportunity for recruiters who know how to build relationships, win business, and deliver quality candidates into a fast-moving market. We’re open on sector background within hospitality – whether your experience sits in hotels, restaurants, pubs, catering, leisure, events, or support functions.
What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive, and the ability to build a desk properly. Hospitality recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
What you’ll be doing:
-Managing and growing a temp/contract recruitment desk
-Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
-Recruiting across hospitality operational and specialist roles
-Managing the full recruitment process from booking to shift fulfilment
-Building and maintaining an active worker pool within your market
-Delivering a fast, responsive service to meet short-notice client needs
-Working closely with leadership to shape growth within your vertical
What we’re looking for:
-Recruitment experience essential – agency background preferred
-Hospitality sector experience preferred but not required
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Commercially minded and relationship-led
-Comfortable with business development
-Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by growth
