Head Chef – Central London
Up to £50,000 per year | 45 hours per week | Fresh Food Concept

We are looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead a kitchen in Central London, working with fresh, quality ingredients and delivering consistently high standards.

This role would suit an experienced Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef who feels ready to take the next step in their career and lead their first kitchen.

What we’re looking for:
– Passion for fresh, high-quality food
– Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
– Ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment
– Great organisational skills and attention to detail
– Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

The role:
– 45 hours per week
– 5 days out of 7
– Leading and motivating the kitchen team
– Maintaining food quality and consistency
– Managing stock, GP, ordering, and kitchen operations
– Ensuring health & safety standards are met
