Are you an ambitious, talented Sous Chef with experience in fine dining and banqueting? We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sous Chef to join our award-winning team in a prestigious London location.

About you:

Proven experience in fine dining and banqueting environments
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a kitchen team
Passion for delivering high-quality, innovative dishes
A solid understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain excellent standards

Key responsibilities:

– Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
– Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes meet high-quality standards
– Manage and train junior kitchen staff
– Maintain a clean, organized kitchen in line with health and safety regulations
– Assist with menu development and help execute high-profile events
– Ensure consistency and creativity in the presentation of all dishes
