I am on the lookout for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at one of the private members club in London.

What you’ll be doing:

* Running your own section with confidence and precision
* Supporting the senior chefs in delivering high- quality, consistent dishes
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere

What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef ready to
step up
* Passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed plates
* A calm, can-do attitude- even when the heat’s on!
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
