Located in NW London, this prestigious site is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Sous Chef to create stunning, modern and on trend food for both every day dining as well as hospitality/events.

As the Sous Chef, you will be
* Working alongside a team and the GM
* Evolving the menu and creating modern, on trend dishes
* Cooking for the café as well as hospitality and events (VIP)
* Helping to drive the business and food offer forward

Working hours are 5/7 (weekends included), 40 hours per week

Our ideal candidate would be
* Passionate! About food, hospitality and customer service
* Up to date with food trends and be able to produce dishes that wow in terms of flavor, presentation and creativity
* have a strong background – ideally with private members club or high end bar/restaurant experience
* financially aware
* have an enthusiastic, positive manner with a can do approach
