Head Chef, 5* Hotel, Fort William £60k + tronc

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and passionate Head Chef to join this award winning, luxury 5* hotel in the Highlands, Scotland.

This truly stunning hotel has 17 bedrooms and suites as well as offering a self-contained accommodation with incredible views over the surrounding countryside. Set overlooking incredible views, the hotel houses a Michelin star fine dining restaurant offering exquisite food using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce. There is also a high standard Lounge menu serving exceptional food in a more casual setting.

What you will be doing:
* Responsible for all aspects of the kitchen and food across the hotel and estate
* Work closely with the Senior Management
* Create exceptional menus and food at the highest level
* Lead, manage and inspire a team
* Conduct tastings for weddings and events
* Constantly evolve and refine the menu using customer feedback to exceed expectations

Package includes:
* £60K
* Share of Tronc
* Short-term live in accommodation (3-months)

* An passionate and inspirational Head Chef with a proven work history
* Experience within 5* hotels and Michelin/rosette kitchens
* Creativity with flair and extreme attention to detail
* Genuine passion for food and ingredients
* A strong leader – someone who can not only lead but mentor and inspire a team
* Calm and practical approach – able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
