Sous Chef, 4* Hotel, West Yorkshire, £42k + tronc, accommodation available

This stunning luxury hotel, set in the West Yorkshire countryside, has a rosette restaurant as well caters for numerous weddings and events.

What you will be doing:
* Supporting the running of the kitchen and ensuring all food produced is of the high standard expected
* Involvement in all aspects of menu writing, ordering, organisation, prep and service
* Covering the Head Chef in their absence

Working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 45 hours per week

Who we are looking for:
* A passionate and experienced Sous Chef with a strong proven background ideally within a quality driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment
* A real team player
* Someone genuinely passionate about exceptional food and ingredients -able to cook fresh ingredients and produce and treat with respect
* Up to date knowledge about latest food trends and keen to discover the next big thing
* An eye for detail and presentation
* Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude and a real keenness to learn
