We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a small, high-quality contract catering site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and hands-on Chef who values work-life balance and enjoys producing fresh, seasonal food.
The Role:
– Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation
– Design and deliver delicious, well-balanced menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
– Manage food safety, compliance, and kitchen hygiene to the highest standards
– Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service experience
– Lead, develop, and inspire a small kitchen team
About You:
– Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
– Background in contract catering or fresh food kitchens
– Strong organisational and leadership skills
– Passionate about quality, presentation, and innovation in food
– Comfortable working independently on a small site
