Formed in 1998, the Alliance offers national Contract Catering organisations the facility to call one agency to fill or outsource their temporary staff bookings thus receiving one invoice to process and saving them time and money.

We co-ordinate our client’s requirements throughout the UK, filling a proportion with Hamilton Mayday staff and subcontracting the remainder to quality nominated agencies situated close to the client.

All third party agencies working in partnership with the Alliance adhere to strict guidelines set down in an agreed Service Level Agreement, which forms the basis of our operational procedures.

All communications between our clients and the respective agency is dealt with through the Hamilton Mayday Alliance Team.
