We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our client’s team based at this site in The City of London.
Working within a corporate environment, you will be working within a small team. You will be focusing on hospitality and fine dining and the food is of a high standard so an eye for detail and presentation is essential.
To be considered as a candidate, you will
– be at Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level with a proven career history
– have worked within either corporate hospitality/fine dining or a fine dining restaurant
– have strong food knowledge and be up to date with food trends and concepts
– be able to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
– have an excellent eye for detail and presentation
– be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
