My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Conference and Banqueting Junior Supervisor to join their team based at this prestigious and stunning site based in Buckinghamshire. You will be working with a team and reporting to the Conference and Banqueting Manager. You will be covering a variety of events such as Weddings, Corporate Functions and more, you will need to be innovative, warm, genuine and friendly

To be considered as a candidate, you will require the following

– This is a 5 days out of seven contract therefore must be flexible
– You will need a track record within the Events industry
– Need strong leadership skills
Ensure both Conference rooms and Banqueting areas set to a five star standard
– Liaise with the kitchen team and client
– Be genuinely passionate and enthusiastic giving a first class experience
– Be flexible, willing with a positive, can do attitude
